Answer 1: Our retail store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm Central Time.
Most Saturdays we are open from 10:00am until 2:00pm. It is best to call ahead if you plan to come on a Saturday to be sure we are open. The store is closed on Sundays.
Question 2: What if I am not able to make it during your store hours?
Answer 2: If you aren't able to make it to our during normal store hours there are a few options.
- There are a few employees who routinely work until 7 or 8pm. If you call and make arrangements they would be glad to open the front door to allow you to pick up. Just call 314-991-0707 to make arrangements.
- Saturday or Sunday afternoon pick ups are often available by appointment. Call 314-991-0707 during normal store hours to make arrangements.
- We offer UPS and USPS shipping.

Question 2: Do you accept PayPal?
Answer 2: Yes we do.
Question 3: How do I order if I do not want to use a credit on line?
Answer 3: Simply check out and select "Print and Call". After you have completed your online order call us at 888-991-0707 or 314-991-0707 and tell the person who answers that you placed an order online and would like to provide payment over the phone. The assistant will take your credit card information over the phone. No worries, we do not retain your credit card information. It will ONLY be used for that one order.

Question 1: What is the best way to get a quote?
Answer 1: The best way to get an accurate quote is to complete this form. This form is designed to ask all the pertinent questions we need to provide an accurate quote, and it reduces the need to call the customer to ask these same questions.
Question 2: I don't have answers to all of the questions on the form?
Answer 2: That's OK. Answer as many questions as you can. We'll help you fill in the rest later.
Question 3: How can I expect to receive the quote?
Answer 3: Your quote will be emailed to the email address listed on the quote request form. If you do not have email, then it will be faxed to you.
Question 1: What form of art do you prefer?
Answer 1: Vector art is the first preference, because it provides the cleanest lines. This allows for the best finished product. Vector files we can accept are Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Corel Draw (.CDR), Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS) or AutoCad (.DXF). It's important that the text are converted to curves though, before it is emailed. If a vector file formats above isn't available, than a .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP or .TIF will work. If any of the listed graphic files aren't available, then camera ready art is acceptable.
Question 2: What if one of the vector file formats aren't available?
Answer 2: You can send us whatever you have. We'll have it drawn by our art department. This will provide us the art we need in order to provide the best quality embroidery design possible. In these cases there will be a modest art fee to cover our time and expenses of creating this art.
Question 3: How can I send you my art?
Answer 3: When using our Quote Form you will be asked to upload any associated art files you may have.
Question 4: How can I send my art if I am not using your quote form?
Answer 4: If you are not using our Quote Form then use this Art Upload to send your art to our art department.
Monograms and Fonts
Question 1: Do you have a list of monogram fonts you offer?
Answer 1: Yes, you can Click Here to view the standard monogram fonts we have to offer. We do have others not listed here and we can create custom designs if your needs warrant it.
Question 2: Is there a different between Monogram fonts and Personalization fonts?
Answer 2: Yes, monogram styles are intended to contain 2 - 4 characters arrange in a fashion to create a personal mark. Personalizations fonts are used when adding a person's name to a product such as an embroidered tote bag, Pocket T-shirt or vinyl names on glassware.
Question 3: Are those the only Personalizations fonts you have to offer?
